Opskriften til havregrynsflagerne: 100g smør, 100g havregryn blandet med lidt mysli, 75g sukker, 25g brun farin. De skal være meget flade og bages ved 200¤ i 5-10 min.
Opskrift til créme brulée: 4 pasteuriserede æggeblommer, 85 g sukker, kornene af en lille vaniljestang, ¼ liter piskefløde 38%, 1 dl sødmælk og lidt sukker som skal karameliseres på toppen. Créme bruléen skal bages ca.40. min på 125¤.
